i.. what? No really, wtf are you smoking? As a long term industrialist i am LOVING the new changes. I have no idea what the hell you are smoking, but i do;t want any of it I don't know if there's anything being smoked. I'm kind of certain there may be a paper bag and can of Krylon hanging around tho.

The important features:
- No more expansions because the Goons are happy with the state of the game right now (i.e.: they control all the good stuff)
- Industry is getting changed significantly from NPC-run to Goon-run
- New Goon ships are being built by Mordus Legion, mostly in low sec, but Goons will own the Mordus doctrine and nobody else will be allowed to fly Barghest battleships
- Mining ships will get rebalanced again to make it easier for New Order to gank them, and as everyone knows James 315 is a Mittani alt so yet again CCP kowtow to the Goons
If I missed anything, let me know. Goon ISDs will be the final sign.
